For the US and German World War Two dispatch riders (Britains made both use the same carbine). Initially Britains produced the weapon with a peg which slotted into a hole on the rider’s back. Later the rider was produced with a peg on his back and the weapon had a ring attached which fitted onto this peg. Replicants has produced a carbine with both a ring and a peg. Collectors can chop off whichever one is not required. Only available with the American Civil War carbine and the FN rifle.
